Me and my friend can into this line in a good mood, Vivian on the other hand had other plans. she was extremely rude and rushed us the whole time. while we were ordering we paused for a second and she rudely and sarcastically asked if she was gonna read our mind. even when we rolled up to the window Vivian was extremely rude and began to argue. We understood if she wasn't having a good morning but that's no excuse. Do something about Vivian or corporate will get a call.
Great experience at Starbucks in Schertz. The atmosphere was welcoming and the drinks were made perfectly. A special shoutout to Barista Kenny, who was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and feel genuinely welcomed. For the RVers - It was also a convenient stop while traveling in our Class A motorhome with our Jeep in tow. Thanks to Kenny and the team for making our visit such a great one!
